A great, cool, sunny day. Cool enough that I actually wore a long sleeve shirt-still in shorts, though. We had quite a crowd-lots of out-of-state visitors-early leaf peepers. The band played bluegrass/reggae. There's a combination you don't often hear. Hot coffee flew across my booth. The colors got even brighter.

A showery Saturday at Market. We had electrified music this week, battery powered.

The main thing I noticed this week was the increasingly colorful produce, as if the eggplants, peppers etc. know that the most brilliant hues of Fall are nigh.

I love the Fall colors. I'm a true "leaf peeper". I think that the wonders of the season help make up for the impending end of the Summer Market (end of October). It's always a conflict. Oh, well, I guess we can't have everything all at the same time.

A great holiday weekend Market-Visitors from near and far-Everyone smiling. I guess this marks the beginning of the fall Market season-Looking forward to apples, cider, pumpkins, fall flowers, etc. I noticed that the yellow jackets have started gathering. Soon they will be dive bombing my teacakes, and then flying around covered in powdered sugar-Quite a sight.

"Out with the bad vibes-In with the good." "Repeat".
