Another hot Market Saturday. I love it. Don't worry, cold weather is just around the corner. 

We had a great band today-good bluegrass picking and harmonies. I think we should make them the house Market band.

Nice weather this week-Warm and Markety. With the police tape still guarding the grass, I no longer have a prime band-hearing spot. They now play down toward the back forty-with the result that, by the time it gets to me, their music mixes with all the other Market sounds. It makes for quite a pleasant background score.

Usually, this Market gets killed by that Spawn of Satan known as the Strollin' O' the Heifers Parade-but this year twas the sheets of rain what did us in. Actually, it wasn't that bad-Local Market die-hards came out in support. Thanks to all of you.
