Saturday Market, October 10, 2009

A mongo tree peeper day. The Market swarmed with visitors from away. We had 3-count em-3 musical acts. The rock and roll kid returned for the third year, now playing banjo and slide mandolin. Next up was a traditional Celtic band. Last came the Morris Dancers doing the incredible sword dance.
The day flew by for me-it always does when the Market is this busy. 3 Markets to go.

First act. I think he was playing the "Underture" from "Tommy".

Second act. Check out the cool drum.

Third act. Careful with those swords!

Purple Lady rockin' it.

Virginia? No, Vermont. Valhalla? Maybe.

Vermont Autumn outside tweaks the appetite.

Color and clouds. Actually I think the colors pop more in overcast conditions.
